Product Owner / Product Manager (BNPL)

• We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager with strong expertise in Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) solutions within the loan domain.
• This role is responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering seamless customer experiences.
• The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and stakeholders to successfully launch and enhance BNPL products.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in financial services, preferably in BNPL or loan products.
• Strong understanding of loan origination systems, payment solutions, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to pitch product concepts effectively.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive product decisions.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.

Product Strategy And Vision:

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for BNPL solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation and scope definition to design, development, testing, and launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Present and pitch product concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the primary liaison for client discussions and product demonstrations.

• Design and optimize user journeys for a seamless BNPL experience.
• Gather customer feedback and continuously improve product features to enhance satisfaction.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within the loan industry.
• Work closely with legal and risk teams to mitigate potential issues.

• Define key performance indicators and track product performance post-launch.
• Implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

• Experience with digital lending platforms and customer experience design.
• Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and credit scoring models.
• Familiarity with API integrations and technology stacks used in BNPL solutions.
• MBA preferred.
