UiPath Solution Architect / Automation Team Lead

Overview
We are seeking an experienced UiPath Solution Architect / Automation Team Lead to support a large-scale enterprise RPA transformation initiative. This role will lead the migration and expansion of an existing Microsoft Power Automate environment into an enterprise-grade UiPath automation ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing, scaling, and governing enterprise automation programs involving 100+ bots across business operations. This individual will serve as a technical leader responsible for automation architecture, delivery standards, governance, bot lifecycle management, and mentoring development teams.
This is not a traditional developer-only role. We are looking for someone who understands how to build and scale enterprise automation programs in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-scale UiPath automation initiatives and migration efforts from Microsoft Power Automate to UiPath
- Design scalable RPA architecture and automation delivery frameworks
- Establish automation development standards, reusable components, and governance models
- Provide technical leadership for large bot portfolios (100+ automations)
- Guide automation strategy, bot prioritization, and implementation roadmaps
- Lead and mentor UiPath developers and automation teams
- Review automation designs, code quality, exception handling, and deployment strategies
- Manage automation lifecycle activities including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve operational efficiency
- Implement best practices for Orchestrator management, queue handling, scheduling, and bot monitoring
- Support enterprise production environments and ensure platform stability and scalability
- Partner with infrastructure, security, and operations teams on automation governance and compliance
- Drive intelligent automation initiatives involving AI/ML, OCR, Document Understanding, and workflow intelligence
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall RPA / Intelligent Automation experience
- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath experience
- Experience leading enterprise RPA programs involving large automation portfolios
- Strong experience migrating or modernizing automation platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform
- Deep knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, unattended automation, queues, and deployment strategies
- Experience establishing RPA governance, standards, and CoE models
- Strong architecture and solution design capabilities
- Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments
- Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing experience
- Experience supporting automations in production environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UiPath Automation Cloud and/or Automation Suite
- Experience with UiPath AI Center and Document Understanding
- Knowledge of OCR, intelligent document processing, and AI-enabled automation
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments
- Exposure to process mining and hyperautomation initiatives
- Managed Services experience preferred
