Job Role: Technical Lead Full Stack .NET
Location: Des Moines, Iowa, USA Hybrid/Onsite
Contract: 6+ Month
Experience: 8 12+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of enterprise applications using React.js and .NET / C#.
- Provide technical direction to a team of software engineers.
- Design modern frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, React Hooks and state-management patterns.
- Participate in application architecture and technical design discussions.
- Define reusable components, coding standards, design patterns, and development practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering standards.
- Work with Solution Architects and other technical leads on end-to-end solution design.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, BAs and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support estimation, sprint planning, technical refinement and delivery planning.
- Mentor developers and help build technical capabilities within the team.
- Partner with QA and DevOps teams to establish automated testing and CI/CD practices.
- Support deployment and release activities across development, test and production environments.
