Summary

Project Overview: Lead change management and communications for the next phase of an enterprise-wide IT change.

Role Scope / Deliverables:

  • Draft and send communications to colleagues impacted by the change.
  • Work with Corporate Communications to coordinate reviews and approvals.
  • Work closely with the project team in charge of implementing the change to understand the stakeholder groups and impacts.
  • Create socialization campaigns to support the change as needed.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working with customer business groups, IT, and cybersecurity.
  • Experienced change manager with knowledge and understanding of IT and cybersecurity.
  • Can translate technical changes into simple concepts that non-technical colleagues can understand.
