Summary

Provides hardware/software support of revenue cycle computing systems in the following areas:
application development/maintenance operating systems computer operations telecommunications field engineering or systems control. Install/modify/monitor basic routine and advanced computer systems and programs.
Design new basic routine and advanced computer system and/or programs.
Detailed knowledge of revenue cycle systems scheduling registration billing and collection workflows.

The ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with cloud storage; including storage tiers, performance, backup/restore, authentication, immutability, security, IP restrictions, auditing, versioning and on-site integration.
Experience with the configuration of Microsoft SAS offerings; including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Copilot.
Experience working with Azure subscriptions; including resource groups, permissions, costing and security.
Experience partnering with IT Security team and implementing security hardening for cloud offerings using Microsoft Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Secure Score recommendations and CIS Benchmarks.
Experience implementing and managing secure identity solutions using Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including authentication, auditing, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), RBAC, PIM, Entra ID/SAML configurations, identity federation and access control models.
Experience with connectivity between on-prem resources and cloud resources; including private endpoints, express route, VNets, Firewalls DNS integration and network segmentation.
Experience with Microsoft 365 security features and best practices, including managing security policies, compliance, and eDiscovery services. Data governance using MS Purview. Configuring permissions, data loss prevention policies, threat detection, Retention/Disposition, Sensitivity Labels, and audit logs. Ensure the overall security of the Microsoft 365 tenant.
Experience configuring and supporting virtual servers in Microsoft Azure; including Azure Policy, Azure Arc and Desired State Configuration (DSC) .
Experience leveraging PowerShell and other automation tools to streamline management tasks, automate deployments, and ensure secure efficient operation of the Microsoft 365 environment
Experience designing/configuring/supporting/optimizing Microsoft 365 products, including AD Connect, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, O365 Apps and Enterprise Apps in a security focused environment.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to easily convey concepts to peers, managers, and customers.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers and peers.
Proven ability to work independently or under only general direction

  • Performs duties of considerable complexity in support of computing systems
  • Demonstrates overall responsibility for hardware/software installation and maintenance system performance and problem resolution
  • Analyzes future needs and makes recommendations
  • Provides high level expertise and technical direction for systems hardware/software support services
  • Supports both internal and external customers.
  • In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree required
Experience: 5 years relevant experience. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Licensure: None required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs

The starting base rate for this role is $44.78 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
