About the Role

This is a pure hunter role. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new client relationships — bringing in active IT job requirements that our recruiting team can deliver on. If you thrive on building something from scratch, enjoy the thrill of landing new logos, and want uncapped earning potential, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new business opportunities with direct clients, system integrators, and staffing partners
  • Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to generate leads
  • Build relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and procurement contacts at target companies
  • Bring in active IT staffing requirements and partner closely with our recruiting team to ensure fast, quality delivery
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact through client onboarding and requirement intake
  • Consistently meet weekly and monthly outreach and revenue targets

What We''re Looking For

  • 1–5+ years of experience in US IT staffing sales, business development, or account management
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts — not just manage existing ones
  • Familiarity with direct client and/or MSP/VMS sales cycles
  • Strong communication, outreach, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in an early-stage, build-it-as-you-go environment

Compensation

  • Commission-only or part-time with commission — your choice
  • Competitive, uncapped commission structure with recurring revenue potential
  • High earning upside tied directly to your performance
