Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Endpoint Management Engineer/Consultant (Level 4 Support) with 12–15 years of experience to design, implement, and support enterprise device management solutions.

This role focuses on Microsoft Intune and Jamf, ensuring secure, scalable, and automated endpoint management across a diverse device ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full lifecycle of endpoints (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)
Design and deploy configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security baselines
Package, deploy, and manage enterprise applications (LOB & store apps)
Implement and maintain Windows Autopilot for modern provisioning
Enforce security via Conditional Access & Microsoft Defender integration
Develop automation using PowerShell, Python & Microsoft Graph API
Provide L3/L4 support for complex device, policy, and enrollment issues
Troubleshoot endpoint, connectivity, and policy-related challenges

Required Skills & Experience

12–15 years of overall IT experience (Senior-level resource)
Strong expertise in Endpoint Management / Device Management
Hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Intune
- Jamf (Jamf Pro preferred)
Strong scripting experience in PowerShell and/or Python
Deep understanding of:
- MDM / MAM concepts
- Windows 10/11, macOS, iOS, Android ecosystems
Experience with automation & modern device management practices

Preferred Skills

Experience with Microsoft Graph API
Familiarity with Okta (Identity & Access Management)
Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint & Conditional Access

Additional Details

Senior-level role requiring hands-on technical expertise + troubleshooting ownership
Must be comfortable working in PST time zone
Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
