Job Title: Product Manager Location: Medina, Ohio (On-Site)

Job Description:
8-12+ years in Product Management leading platform modernization or large-scale enterprise products.
Proven delivery in Agile environments; expertise with roadmapping, backlog management, and outcome tracking
Working knowledge of .NET microservices, Kubernetes, and relational databases (MariaDB)
Collaborate with architects on a cloud-native, microservices approach using .NET, Blazor/MudBlazor, Kubernetes, MariaDB, RabbitMQ; ensure API-first design and event-driven patterns.
Demonstrated ownership of NFRs, DR/BCP planning, and production readiness in critical business systems
Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and on-site client engagement.
