Role: Product Manager – Legacy Modernization
 
Work Arrangement & Location: Hybrid (2 days/week in-office in Harrisburg, PA; 3 days remote)

Core Objective

Lead the multi-year modernization, planning, and delivery of a critical public-sector application. You will own the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and lead cross-functional teams from design through implementation.

  • Product Ownership: Product Strategy, Vision, Roadmap Management, Backlog Prioritization
  • Agile Leadership: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Scrum Ceremonies (Azure DevOps/Jira)

  • Certifications & Education: YAFOS Certification, Bachelor’s degree in Business/IT (or equivalent)
