JD:

We are seeking a Java Integration Engineer with Workday and AWS expertise to support a large-scale Workday implementation. The role focuses on developing API-driven integrations between Workday and downstream systems (e.g., CCI Sites) using modern Java-based microservices and AWS architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Java-based integration services connecting Workday with downstream systems
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Java frameworks (Spring Boot preferred)
• Implement integrations using AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, EKS/Kubernetes)
• Develop real-time and batch data integration pipelines
• Integrate Workday using EIB, Workday Studio, APIs, and Web Services
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of integration solutions
• Collaborate with business, HR, and IT teams during implementation and post-go-live

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Java / J2EE development (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EKS, Docker/Kubernetes)
• Proven experience in API design and integration development (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
• Experience integrating Workday with enterprise systems (HR, payroll, ERP)
• Familiarity with Workday integration tools (EIB, Studio, APIs)
• Experience with event-driven / serverless architecture patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Workday implementation programs

Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
