Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Owner in Miami, FL (Florida).

Responsibilities:
* Own and execute the product roadmap for digital casino loyalty and rewards experiences across web and mobile platforms
* Product Owner will translate business objectives into prioritized product requirements, user stories, and actionable development plans
* Manage and maintain Agile backlogs, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and acceptance testing activities
* Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Data Analytics, and Casino Operations
* Drive the development of loyalty, rewards, promotions, personalization, and gamification features
* Analyze user behavior, engagement metrics, and product performance to identify enhancement opportunities
* Define, monitor, and improve KPIs related to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth
* As a Product Owner, you will lead product initiatives from concept through launch and continuous optimization
* Communicate product vision, priorities, progress, and trade-offs to business stakeholders
* Stay current on industry trends, customer engagement strategies, loyalty programs, and digital product innovations

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3-5 years of Product Owner or Product Management experience supporting consumer-facing web and mobile applications
* Experience delivering and enhancing digital products throughout the full product lifecycle
* Experience using Jira or similar Agile project management tools
* Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to support product discovery, research, documentation, requirements gathering, prototyping, or workflow efficiency
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, backlog management, user story creation, sprint planning, and acceptance testing
* Strong analytical skills with experience utilizing product data and metrics to drive decisions
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced degree such as MBA or Master's preferred
* Experience supporting loyalty, rewards, promotions, customer engagement, or membership platforms
* Experience with gamification or customer engagement strategies
* Background in hospitality, travel, gaming, casino, or entertainment industries

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
