Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities;
- Updating user IDs in FP
- Updating workday dictionaries in FP
- Updating rule library and reconciliation work
- Rule tuning - analyzing events and documenting false positives
- Assisting tier 2 user work alongside Client in FP
- Add new false pos exceptions
- Add and remove user exceptions
- Add destination exceptions
- Review overall event output in FP to look for tuning opportunities
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: FORCEPOINT, Updating workday dictionaries, Rule tuning.
- Updating workday dictionaries in FP
- Rule tuning analyzing events and documenting false positives
- Assisting tier 2 user work alongside Client in FP
