Software Tester

Description
We are searching for a Software Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support our client. You will take a leading role in planning and executing validation activities. You will design test strategies, guide junior testers, and ensure thorough system validation across functional and performance areas. You will also play a key role in identifying risks, improving test processes, and ensuring high-quality releases.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
Lead validation efforts across multiple systems and environments
Identify, document, and prioritize defects with detailed analysis
Guide and mentor junior testers
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements and test coverage
Perform root cause analysis on complex system issues
Analyze system behavior and performance under different conditions
Contribute to process improvements and test strategy development
Configure, deploy and improve testing infrastructure and environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $52.00/hr.
