We are seeking a seasoned Credit Risk Analyst to help shape the future of consumer lending within a dynamic financial technology environment. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement credit risk policies and frameworks that drive sustainable growth in consumer lending.
Develop and refine risk programs to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams product, marketing, engineering, compliance, and analytics to deliver actionable insights and decision support.
Build scalable, repeatable risk solutions that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Utilize advanced data techniques and big data platforms to analyze transaction-level data and enhance risk models.
Continuously monitor portfolio performance, identify emerging trends, and conduct root-cause analysis to inform strategy adjustments.
Recommend solutions in scenarios with limited data by applying business judgment and strategic assumptions.
Optimize data collection and processing to provide clear visibility into the impact of new lending initiatives.
Mentor and guide junior analysts, fostering innovation and best practices in risk analytics.
Evaluate external data sources and vendors to strengthen risk assessment capabilities.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in credit risk, analytics, or related fields, with a strong focus on consumer lending.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Python, R, SAS, and SQL-based environments.
Skilled in data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Databricks, QuickSight).
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution and team leadership.
Experience in large-scale data projects; product management exposure is a plus.
Background in financial services, fintech, or risk management with expertise in consumer lending.
Bachelor s degree in a quantitative discipline (Economics, Statistics, Engineering, etc.); advanced degree preferred.
