Location: USA (Remote with occasional travel to customer sites)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Program Manager with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to lead large-scale ERP transformation programs for enterprise clients. This is a customer-facing leadership role responsible for independently managing client relationships, overseeing multiple project workstreams, and ensuring successful delivery of complex D365 implementation programs.
The Program Manager will provide strategic program governance, delivery leadership, and executive-level stakeholder engagement while coordinating cross-functional teams across functional, technical, and business domains. The role requires strong experience managing multi-phase ERP implementations, global delivery teams, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be PMP certified, possess strong program governance and delivery management capabilities, and demonstrate the ability to independently engage with customers, understand business priorities, and translate them into successful ERP delivery outcomes.

Program & Project Management
Extensive experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs
Expertise in program governance, risk management, and financial oversight
Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience managing multiple project streams simultaneously
Proven experience leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementations
Strong understanding of ERP functional modules and enterprise business processes
Familiarity with integration architecture, data migration strategies, and release management
