Blocker Resolution: Identify and remove impediments-both internal and external to the team-by connecting with the right personnel and resources to clear paths to completion.
Transparency & Trust: Build and support a safe, collaborative environment where challenges are addressed proactively with an emphasis on problem-solving and open communication.
Metrics, Reporting & Governance
Information Radiators: Manage, publish, and communicate relevant progress metrics and information radiators to keep stakeholders informed against team objectives.
