Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Hands-on experience in Core HR
- Experience with at least one HCM module such as Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Recruiting, Payroll, or Compensation
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and functional configuration
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Security and HDL is a plus
- Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reports is preferred
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to support testing, UAT, and production deployments
Work Site: Remote
Duration: Full-time
Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
