Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, implements, and optimizes manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conducts root cause analysis and develops corrective actions for production issues.
• Develops and maintains process documentation, including standard operating procedures and flowcharts.
• Utilizes statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools to monitor and improve process performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement new products and process changes.
• Identifies and implements automation opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
• Manages process improvement projects from conception through completion.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to analyze complex processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions for improvement.
• Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process improvement tools.
• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects from conception to completion.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Minitab, JMP, or R.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with automation and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Experience with simulation software for process optimization.
