Summary

Key Responsibilities

Manage analytics and reporting request intake, prioritization, and delivery
Serve as primary liaison between stakeholders and analytics/technical teams
Translate business needs into analytics requirements and technical solutions
Guide effective data visualization and reporting design
Provide recommendations for additional or enhanced analytics
Lead project coordination, documentation, and deliverable tracking
Support program communications, training, and continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in a technical or analytics-related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence
Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project coordination skills
