Job Description:
We are looking for a Storage Services Analyst to support enterprise storage operations, financial tracking, and reporting activities. This is a hybrid role combining Jira tracking, Excel reporting, budgeting, and hands-on data center support.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with Jira & Excel, and exposure to financial processes and infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track Epics, User Stories, and tasks in Jira
Perform reporting and data analysis using Excel and Jira dashboards
Support financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and Purchase Orders (POs)
Assist with asset management, leasing, and service contracts
Coordinate equipment installation, rack & stack, and decommissioning
Support cabling and connectivity tasks within data center environments
Collaborate with multiple supervisors and cross-functional teams
Provide insights and reports to management for decision-making
Required Skills:
Strong experience with Jira (tracking + reporting)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, analysis, dashboards)
Experience with financial processes (budgeting, POs, forecasting)
Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly
Excellent communication and coordination skills
2+ years of experience in IT or related field
Nice to Have:
Experience in automotive/Ford environment
Knowledge of data center operations (rack & stack, cabling)
Basic understanding of networking and fiber connections
Exposure to procurement or asset management processes
Education:
Bachelor s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
