Title: Salesforce Architect/Lead - Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Work Arrangement:
- Remote engagement
- Personnel must be available to attend meetings with the COR and stakeholders at the Parklawn Building, 5600 Fishers Lane, Rockville, MD 20857, as required
Description:
- Responsible for leading the architecture, design, governance, and implementation of Salesforce-based enterprise solutions supporting case management, CRM, workflow automation, and program operations.
- Ensures delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with HRSA enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and business objectives.
- Provides technical leadership across the full project lifecycle, including solution design, configuration and customization oversight, integrations, data migration, DevSecOps alignment, IAM integration, and environment management.
- Develops architectural roadmaps, conducts proof-of-concept efforts, evaluates alternatives, mitigates technical risks, and ensures adherence to platform best practices and change management processes.
- Serves as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders and oversees quality, performance optimization, and long-term sustainment of the Salesforce platform.
Level of Experience: ≥ 10 years overall IT experience with significant Salesforce architecture and implementation experience
