Duration: 12+ Months Contract

F2F Interview Highly Preferred For Local Candidates
Note: Candidate needs to be in the office 5 Days every week. Local or candidates from adjacent states only.

Job Description:
• Support deployment of new computers
• Provide centralized phone support from Appliance Park
• Printer setup and configuration
• Validate VPN functionality
• Transfer and validate user data
• Support Wi-Fi access points and wireless devices
• Track support provided
• Windows 10 and Core Image support
• End-user training
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:
• Dell and Lenovo certified (Forum/SDS roles)
• Dell and IBM certified or comparable experience (Sales Counter role)
• A+ certified or comparable experience
• Minimum three (3)+ years deskside support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows XP/7/10 environments
• Working knowledge of Active Directory
• Working knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008 (Sales Counter role)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proactive troubleshooting mindset.
