Job Title: Principal Architect Elastic Search Consultant

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 06+ Months

Requirements

• Operates in a lead role and/or provides oversight on multiple concurrent projects.
• Responsible for overall success of multiple projects and in directing Architects and Engineers on thier projects.
• Responsible for scoping projects for complexity and level-of-effort for larger and/or ore complex opps.
• Must be a Tech Lead on one or more areas of technology

Required certifications:

Elastic Certified Engineer

• 1 solution certification in progress (Search or Observability or Security) considered for promotion

• mentoring Architects and grooming selected Engineers
• strong interpersonal and team building skills
• comfortable with the travel requirements of the position
• lead presentation communications in a customer-facing role
• produce code, research, and/or technical guides for internal and external use"
• Masters Degree preferred
• Provide delivery oversight for multiple engagements concurrently
• Contribute to technical pre-sales scoping, as requested
• Improve / enhance Elastic Methodology and assets
• All previous level responsibilities
• Able to assist Engagement Managers on proposals and project preparation
• Able to capture and convey / share lessons learned from the field
• Mentor & develop team members effectively
• Participates in ARB as requested

General Guidelines

• 8 - 10+ years of combined direct and relevant work experience
• 2 - 5 years in Principal Consulting Architect role, on average (may require more less time in role for individuals)"
• Uses deep disciplinary expertise and unique knowledge and skills; applies a combination of best practice concepts and professional experience to achieve goals to drive outcomes.
• Work requires independent action and a high degree of initiative to complete assignments, address issues and resolve issues.
• Organizational impact to entire department.
