Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to support and drive multiple concurrent technology initiatives within a global enterprise environment. This individual will play a key role in project intake, prioritization, governance, and establishing stronger project management structure and processes using Monday.com.

This role will partner closely with a small internal IT team as well as a global IT support organization to help ensure successful project execution and delivery across infrastructure and application-focused initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and drive multiple IT projects simultaneously across infrastructure and application workstreams
Lead project intake, prioritization, and governance processes
Help build and enhance project management structure, workflows, and reporting within Monday.com
Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and global IT resources
Track project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Provide regular status reporting and ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives

Requirements

8+ years of IT Project Management experience
Strong experience managing both infrastructure and application projects
Hands-on experience with Monday.com, including building and optimizing project workflows/processes
Experience working within large global organizations or conglomerates
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, evolving environments
