Role: AI Enabled Full-Stack Software Engineer

Location:Santa Clara, CA (Onsite from Day 1)

Experience: 10+ years

Key Responsibilities

1.      Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications using modern web technologies.

2.      Build and integrate AI/LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.

3.      Develop scalable backend APIs and microservices.

4.      Create intuitive and responsive frontend experiences.

5.      Integrate external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

6.      Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

7.      Optimize application performance, security, reliability, and observability.

8.      Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical design sessions.

9.      Stay current with emerging AI, agentic frameworks, and software engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

1.      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

2.      8-10 years of software development experience.

3.      Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.

4.      Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.

5.      Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

6.      Experience building REST APIs and microservices.

7.      Hands-on experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

8.      Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

9.      Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, containerization, and DevOps practices.

10.   AI Experience (Required)

11.   Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models).

12.   Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agents, prompt engineering, or AI orchestration frameworks.

13.   Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search.

14.   Experience building generative AI applications for real-world use cases.

Preferred Qualifications

1.      Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

2.      Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks and  AI monitoring.

3.      Experience developing enterprise-scale SaaS applications.

4.      Exposure to agentic AI platforms and workflow automation.

Technical Skills:

Frontend: React

Backend: Node.js, Python, but ability to switch between Java & .NET, REST APIs, Microservices

Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD Pipelines

AI & Data:  

1.      Azure OpenAI/OpenAI APIs

2.      RAG, LangChain, Semantic Kernel

3.      Vector Databases

4.      Prompt Engineering

5.      LLM Evaluation & Monitoring
