Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Service Designer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This is not a role for a slow, methodical systems thinker. It's for a fast, rigorous one.

Summary:
The client's partner ecosystem is about to grow - rapidly. We're opening new international markets, digital enrollment is replacing lengthy manual onboarding with a fast, frictionless entry experience, and the small business segment needs partner access at a pace and price point that our current architecture can't support. This is a high-velocity design challenge that demands someone who can produce blueprints at speed without sacrificing the rigor that makes them useful.

As the Senior Service Designer for Digital Enrollment & Market Expansion, you will be the engine behind the enrollment and expansion surge. You will design the frictionless entry experiences that get partners to value in hours instead of months, adapt those patterns for rapid international deployment, and ensure that every new market entry is grounded in localized service blueprints - not copy-pasted assumptions. Your work will unlock partner revenue growth by accelerating the rate at which new partners enter and expand within the ecosystem.

Responsibilities:
* Lead service blueprinting for the end-to-end digital enrollment journey - from partner discovery through account creation, first transaction, and early-stage success confirmation; View this work across the entire suite of partner products, demonstrating a platform mindset
* Map and eliminate current manual bottlenecks; Deliver data and expertise to solve these complex customer problems through thoughtful use of AI capabilities - intelligent document verification, eligibility assessment, onboarding sequencing - while ensuring human experts intervene at the moments that matter most (welcome calls, first-deal coaching, early risk detection)

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Service Design, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
* 5+ years of professional service design experience, with demonstrated ability to work at high velocity without sacrificing craft quality; Your portfolio shows work that was both fast and rigorous
* International or multi-market design experience
* AI Acumen: You deliver data and expertise to solve complex customer problems through thoughtful use of AI capabilities across platforms and systems; You drive improvements in processes and tools to incorporate AI and increase velocity.
* E2E Thinking: Design Systems: You show comprehensive understanding of design system components; You create guidance, apply editorial feedback, and ensure your work contributes back to the broader system
* Customer & Market Insights: You use market and industry insights to contextualize your work across geographies; You leverage data and analytical tools to predict trends and forecast outcomes; You lead customer interviews and identify data gaps
* Business Knowledge: You help drive roadmapping and planning conversations; You make informed, timely decisions and have a clear point of view on where your craft has the most impact
* Data Fluency: You regularly access dashboards, define success criteria, and leverage quantitative and qualitative data; You communicate findings to senior leaders
* Communication & Partnership: You leverage industry knowledge and strategic insights; You present with polish, lead meetings across time zones, and manage stakeholder expectations
* Coaching & Mentoring: You uplevel the skills of others in craft and across design; You drive knowledge-sharing activities and participate in hiring

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
