Job Description:
This role involves leading financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis in a hybrid work environment. 
Based in Wall, NJ, this full-time position requires strong analytical skills and experience in financial modeling and reporting. 
Responsibilities include providing insights on business drivers and supporting strategic decisions using general technology tools.

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis.
Deliver insights on business drivers and support strategic decisions.
Advise on financing, investments, and corporate strategy for cost efficiency.
Create partnerships with senior business leaders and provide actionable insights.
Develop corporate metrics and dashboards to optimize operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
10 years of experience in Finance with 5 years in FP&A, preferably in energy or infrastructure sectors.
Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and general technology tools.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
Understanding of regulated utility economics, capital planning, and regulatory frameworks.
