The Associate Engineer - Cust Svc position entails assisting in various aspects of call center operations, including planning reviews, productivity target revisions, time studies, and workload forecasting.
Essential Functions- Assists in developing call center procedures, workflow processes, work measurements, and facility layouts in accordance with ergonomic standards.
- Assists in determining facility requirements for call center operations, such as the number of positions, locations, and size.
- Develops procedures and work standards for call center network operations and other departments that handle customer calls.
- Developing and executing presentations to executive and senior management
- Providing ongoing support in the business planning process, employing planning methodology and other appropriate methods, tools, and processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum EducationBachelors degree in industrial engineering or related engineering discipline. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum ExperienceDemonstrated knowledge in engineering, planning, or standards development for operations required.
