Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Segment CDP Consultant to design and implement end-to-end Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions. The role involves data ingestion, audience creation, and integration with downstream systems to enable Customer 360 strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement Segment CDP solutions (data ingestion, audience building, integrations)
Integrate CDP with CRM, call center, MDM, POS, and other data sources
Collaborate with business, product, and IT teams for scalable solution design
Define data quality standards and manage data mapping across systems
Build dashboards for reporting, insights, and issue resolution

Required Skills:

5+ years of CDP experience with 1–2 end-to-end Segment implementations
Strong knowledge of ETL, Reverse ETL, identity resolution, and data cleansing
Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and data warehousing
Experience with MarTech tools and customer analytics
Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
