 Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SuccessFactors modules based on business needs and best practices.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support production issues, troubleshoot defects, and provide timely resolutions.
• Work with technical teams on integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Assist with data migration, reporting, and release management activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documents.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of the following modules:
• Employee Central (EC)
• Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
• Recruiting (RCM)
• Onboarding 2.0
• Performance & Goals (PMGM)
• Compensation
• Succession & Development (SCDP)
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Time Off and Time Tracking
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors configuration and business processes.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Experience with role-based permissions (RBP), workflows, and business rules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, CPI, or middleware.
• Experience with Integration Center, OData APIs, and Intelligent Services.
• Familiarity with IAS/IPS, Identity Authentication, and provisioning.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules is preferred
