Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Proven experience managing AI, Machine Learning, Automation, or Data Analytics related programs.
• Strong experience managing large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Exceptional PowerPoint presentation and executive storytelling skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with program governance, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI practices, and emerging AI technologies.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Program & Portfolio Management
o Lead and manage large-scale enterprise programs involving AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
o Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk controls.
o Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Data Science, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
o Establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, reporting mechanisms, and executive reviews.
o Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.
• AI & Innovation Initiatives
o Partner with AI/ML, Data Science, and Technology teams to manage delivery of AI-enabled solutions and strategic innovation programs.
o Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly communications and actionable program plans.
o Track AI program KPIs, adoption metrics, business outcomes, and implementation milestones.
o Support AI transformation initiatives, pilot launches, automation opportunities, and enterprise adoption strategies.
• Agile Delivery Management
o Apply Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies to deliver initiatives effectively.
o Facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
o Ensure teams maintain delivery discipline, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
o Drive prioritization discussions and alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Executive Communication & Presentation Development
o Create high-impact executive presentations, strategic decks, business reviews, and leadership communications.
o Develop concise, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored for senior leadership and executive forums.
o Present program updates, business insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership stakeholders.
o Support strategic storytelling using data, visuals, and structured narratives.
• Stakeholder & Leadership Management
o Build strong relationships across business and technology organizations.
o Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed environments.
o Facilitate decision-making and executive escalations when necessary.
o Mentor junior project managers and contribute to program management best practices.
