Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and enterprise implementations.

  • Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, preferably:

    • Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

    • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

    • Contracts Management

    • Legal Service Desk / Legal Service Delivery

    • Source2Pay

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, workflows, configuration, and customization.

  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and provide architectural leadership.

Certification Requirements

Preferred Certification

  • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) — highly preferred and a significant advantage.

Candidates without CTA must have both:

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified System Developer (CSD).

  • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications in some relevant modules, such as HRSD, SPM, Contracts, Legal Service Desk, or Source2Pay.
