Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to support a large-scale enterprise ServiceNow transformation initiative. This role requires a senior-level architect with deep platform expertise, strong solution design capabilities, and hands-on experience leading complex ServiceNow implementations across multiple business domains.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining architecture standards, guiding solution design, and ensuring successful delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
• 3+ years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions
• Strong expertise in the following ServiceNow modules:
  • HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Contracts Management
  • Legal Service Delivery / Legal Service Desk
  • Source-to-Pay (S2P)
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, workflows, and governance
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation initiatives
• Define scalable platform architecture and best practices
• Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams
• Design solutions across HRSD, SPM, Contracts, Legal Service Delivery, and Source-to-Pay modules
• Review and approve technical designs, configurations, and integrations
• Establish platform governance, standards, and architectural roadmaps
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Support platform expansion and ongoing optimization efforts

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred
• Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred, including:
  • CIS-HRSD
  • CIS-SPM
  • CIS-ITSM
  • Other relevant CIS certifications
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
