Network Security Analyst II (RSA Archer Specialist)

Location: Austin, TX (Onsite – Local candidates only)
Duration: 10+ Month Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for a Network Security Analyst II with strong RSA Archer experience to design, configure, and support enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.
The role involves working with security, risk, compliance, and IT teams to maintain secure systems, monitor risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Mandatory Certification (Must Have)

✔ Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
OR
✔ Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator – Expert

(Profiles without this certification cannot be considered.)

Key Responsibilities

·         Design, configure, and support RSA Archer GRC applications

·         Gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions

·         Customize Archer forms, workflows, questionnaires, and access controls

·         Integrate Archer with enterprise systems using REST APIs/web services

·         Use JavaScript/jQuery for application customization

·         Troubleshoot issues and improve system performance

·         Maintain technical documentation and follow change management processes

·         Provide user support, training, and solution guidance

Required Skills

·         Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform

·         Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and security controls

·         Experience with REST API integrations

·         JavaScript / jQuery knowledge

·         Ability to work independently on complex assignments

·         Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred (Nice to Have)

·         Experience with large enterprise or government GRC implementations

·         Knowledge of frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, SOC

·         Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

·         Background in information security or compliance teams

Experience Required

·         4–7+ years in Network Security / GRC / Archer roles

·         Certification required (see above)
