Job#: 3024435 Job Description: Apex Systems is currently hiring for an IT Support Analyst with a leading global entertainment and gaming client. This role supports a fast-paced studio environment and is part of a shared services team responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across Windows, Mac, SaaS platforms, and core enterprise systems.
Qualified candidates will have the following experience and skills:- 3+ years of progressive IT support experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience supporting Windows, Windows Server, and MacOS workstations
- Experience with SCCM and JAMF for workstation deployment, patching, and security updates
- Strong Service Desk background, ideally with Jira Service Desk or similar ticketing systems
- SaaS administration experience (Box, Aspera, Atlassian tools, AWS, Okta, Zoom, PagerDuty, Trello)
- Experience with Active Directory group management and identity troubleshooting
- General understanding of TCP/IP networking, scripting for automation, and mobile device management
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills; proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Location: Burbank, CA
Onsite Expectation: Hybrid - typically Tues-Thurs onsite
Pay Range: $25-$36.12/hr
