Summary

Role Summary
The IT Application Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and enhancing key business systems, with a strong focus on invoicing, reporting, and workflow automation. This position ensures the reliability and efficiency of internal platforms while addressing technical issues and providing day-to-day support across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and maintain enterprise systems. You will actively contribute to automation efforts, reporting accuracy, and system optimization, helping the organization operate more efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for invoicing software including workflow management, scripting, form design, and data processing
• Maintain and enhance internal web based workflow automation systems
• Manage AS400 ACOM systems for printing shipping tickets, order acknowledgments, and purchase orders
• Support Inspire systems for invoicing and check printing operations
• Manage PVE systems for invoicing and PDF imaging processes
• Oversee document repository platforms to ensure proper organization and accessibility of files
• Develop and maintain batch scripts and PowerShell scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency
• Create and deliver reports using Showcase Query and Report Writer leveraging strong SQL capabilities

Key Requirements
• 5 plus years of experience in IT support or systems analyst roles within enterprise environments
• Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and support reporting needs
• Experience with report writing tools such as Showcase Query and Report Writer
• Hands on experience with C++ scripting and workflow automation technologies
• Familiarity with AS400 ACOM systems and document management platforms
• Experience supporting invoicing systems, batch processing, and automation tools
• Strong problem solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with a team oriented mindset
