Product Manager Mobility (Aviation, Maritime, Land)

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Mobility solutions for Amazon LEO (Project Kuiper), focused on delivering satellite-enabled connectivity across Aviation, Maritime, and Land mobility segments. This role will define and scale products that enable seamless, high-performance connectivity for enterprise and government customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Mobility (Aviation, Maritime, Land).

Define customer-centric use cases for inflight connectivity, connected fleets, shipping, rail, and remote mobility operations.

Translate market needs into scalable product offerings, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies.

Partner with engineering, hardware, network, and operations teams to deliver integrated LEO-based solutions.

Drive enterprise engagements with airlines, shipping companies, fleet operators, and mobility platforms.

Lead product lifecycle from concept build launch scale, ensuring alignment with Amazon Leadership Principles.

Collaborate with sales, partnerships, and AWS teams to build joint offerings and ecosystem integrations.

Define KPIs (latency, uptime, throughput, adoption, revenue) and continuously optimize product performance.

Basic Qualifications

8+ years of Product Management experience in connectivity, telecom, or mobility platforms.

Proven experience in at least one of the following: Aviation, Maritime, or Land mobility (fleet/automotive/rail).

Strong understanding of satellite communications, networking, or wireless technologies (LEO, 5G, IoT).

Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional products at scale.

Experience working with enterprise customers and managing B2B product offerings.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with inflight connectivity (IFC), maritime connectivity, or connected vehicle ecosystems.

Familiarity with regulatory environments (FAA, IMO, DOT, spectrum licensing).

Exposure to hardware + software integrated products (terminals, antennas, edge devices).

Experience with AWS services, cloud networking, and data platforms.

Strong commercial acumen (pricing, contracts, partnerships, GTM strategy).

Leadership Expectations

Strong stakeholder management across technical and business teams.

Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.
