Description
The Advanced Support team is responsible for implementing and maintaining restaurant technology specific to Point of Sale, Kitchen Video Systems, Back Office Systems, Drive Thru Timers, and Order Confirmation technology. This role is critical to the success of the Team's ability to deliver on operational expectations. In this role you will utilize your expertise to build and maintain the complex suite of systems that make up restaurant infrastructure. You will also influence and contribute to strategic planning efforts as we continuously improve the delivery of platform innovation while supporting our rapidly growing brand.

1. Windows 10 Engineering & Image Management: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Windows 10 images across multiple device types. Lead initiatives related to researching, designing, testing, and certifying Windows 10 images. Develop tools that support image creation and ongoing image maintenance. Apply deep expertise in the Windows 10 desktop environment, including deployment, upgrades, architecture, security, and group policy. 2. Technical Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: - Quickly identify, analyze, and solve hardware and software issues using industry best practices. - Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term remediation across various platforms. 3. Change, Release & Systems Management: - Develop and maintain Change and Release Management processes, driven by dashboards and measurable metrics. - Oversee system and service implementation strategies to reduce customer impact and ensure strong backup/recovery capabilities. 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication Communicate clearly and professionally with IT leadership to support business priorities. Work with internal teams to align strategic direction and drive toward a shared vision. Explain technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders to support adoption and understanding. 5. Escalation, Support & Operational Excellence Serve as the primary escalation point for internal and external business partners and customers. Manage preventative maintenance programs for all restaurant infrastructure to minimize outages and maintain strong performance reporting. Create restaurant technology architecture documentation and implement software updates aligned to organizational goals. 6. Vendor & Partner Management Strengthen vendor relationships and collaborate with hardware suppliers to streamline processes, increase automation, and remove inefficiencies 7. Leadership, Adaptability & Additional Duties Work independently and remain effective in a rapidly changing environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
