Summary

Job Title: SAO Instructional Designer - (Hybrid)
Primary Skills: large-scale ERP transition to Workday solution, design, develop instructional materials, course summary sheets, learning objective, ADDIE, SAM.
Location: Atlanta, GA (Local candidates preferred. Out of state for remote work are okay.).
Start details: 6/15/2026
Duration: 6/30/2027 (Position may be extended with funding approval.)
Work arrangement: Hybrid. Local candidates and onsite work schedule are preferred: Tuesdays and Wednesdays. However, out of state candidates are permitted. (100% remote) .
Interview: Either WebCam or In-person
Required Skills
- Overall IT experience: Required. 3-5 + yrs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Highly desired.
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field. Highly desired.
- Certifications:
- Exceptional communication skills are required for this role. Required.
- Successful implementation of large-scale ERP transition to Workday solution. Required. 3 + yrs.
- Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive instructional materials, including course summary sheets, learning objectives. Required. 3 + yrs.
- Experience with instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, Kirkpatrick's Level of assessments, adult learning principles). Required.
- Proficiency in using Workday for creating, managing, and delivering training programs. Experience in leveraging Workday's Learning Management System (LMS)
capabilities to track learner progress, generate reports, and ensure compliance with training requirements. Ability to integrate Workday with other eLearning authoring tools and
platforms to enhance the overall learning experience. Highly desired.
- Knowledge of gamification techniques and how to apply them to enhance learner engagement and motivation. Highly desired.
- Experience in creating multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and interactive elements using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). Highly desired.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology or related field or equivalent experience required.
