REQUIRED SKILLS-

Must Have:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development

Strong experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Fast API

Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and software engineering principles

Experience building AI-enabled applications and AI agents

Experience integrating LLMs and prompt engineering

Hands-on experience with UiPath development and enterprise automation

Strong knowledge of UiPath REFramework, Document Understanding, and Communications Mining

Experience developing automation workflows, queues, libraries, and reusable components

Experience deploying bots, robots, and RPA solutions

Experience with unit testing frameworks such as pytest / unittest

Experience with AI-assisted development tools like Microsoft Copilot

Good debugging, troubleshooting, and optimization skills

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Nice to Have:

Banking or payment domain experience

UiPath Developer Certification

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Develop Python-based applications, backend services, and automation solutions

Build AI-driven solutions using Agentic AI frameworks and LLM integrations

Design and develop UiPath automation workflows

Create reusable libraries and automation components

Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and optimization

Develop and execute unit test cases

Deploy and maintain RPA components and bots

Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
