Product Lead, Vendor Incentives Automation

Role Summary
Lead the transformation of Client's Vendor Incentives capabilities from manual, spreadsheet-driven processes to an integrated, automated platform spanning contract management, incentive calculations, settlements, reporting, and financial controls. This role will own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and delivery across Merchandising, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Technology.

Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the Vendor Incentives product roadmap.
Lead end-to-end automation from contract ingestion through calculation, accrual, settlement, and reporting.
Drive integrations across Ironclad, Oracle, pricing tools, product hierarchy, vendor master data, Snowflake, Kafka, and related platforms.
Establish data governance, controls, auditability, and operational processes.
Partner with business and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business outcomes.
Manage implementation partners and cross-functional delivery teams.

Required Experience
8+ years of Product Management, Enterprise Systems, or Business Transformation experience.
Proven track record leading Vendor Incentives, Rebates, Trade Funding, Revenue Management, or Contract Lifecycle Management initiatives.
Hands-on experience with Ironclad or similar contract management platforms.
Experience designing automated inbound and outbound data integrations.
Strong understanding of product hierarchies, vendor master data, pricing, merchandising, and financial processes.
Experience integrating with Oracle ERP and related enterprise platforms.
Ability to lead complex cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Accounting, Merchandising, Legal, and Technology.

Preferred Experience
Retail, automotive, distribution, or consumer products industry experience.
Experience with Enable, Vendavo, Vistex, Oracle Retail, or similar incentive management platforms.
Experience building vendor-facing portals, dashboards, and self-service reporting.
