>> Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.

>> Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.

>> Configure OFS according to operational and business requirements.

>> Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.

>> Support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.

Requirements:

>> Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

>> 5+ years of Oracle Field Service consulting experience.

>> Experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud solutions.

>> Strong understanding of mobile workforce management.

>> Experience in field operations and dispatch processes.

>> Knowledge of service lifecycle management.
