Required Experience:

BCBSA applications/integrations: ITS
Recent ITS experience (version 10.0 or newer; within the last 5 years preferred)
Strong mainframe COBOL development experience
Understanding of the BlueCard program (Host & Home models, ITS/Blue2 interaction)

Preferred / Additional Skills:

BlueCard Modernization experience
Familiarity with ANSI claim transactions (837, 835, 276, 277)
SCLM (IBM Software Configuration & Library Manager)
DB2, AQT, MQ
Experience with on-prem ITS databases (non-Plan Connexion environments)
BMC Control-M/R (mainframe scheduler)
