Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and experience delivering AI-driven business workflow applications. The ideal candidate will have longevity in roles, strong technical leadership, and the ability to drive end-to-end software development from design to deployment.

This role contributes to building full-stack systems and AI applications supporting the Customer Security & Trust (CST) business group, including intuitive user interfaces and robust backend infrastructure.

Must-Haves / Key Requirements:

• Technical Lead expertise – Hands-on role, not just architecture.
• Microsoft Stack Knowledge – .NET, C#, SQL, VisualBasic, etc., from a software engineering perspective.
• Architecture experience – Ability to design scalable solutions, but not an Architect role.
• Hands-on coding and system development – Comfortable implementing and troubleshooting solutions.
• Longevity in previous roles – No frequent contract-hopping; stability is key.
• Preferred employers – Experience at FAANG, MANGO, Magnificent 7 companies or other top-tier technology companies.
• AI experience – Exposure to AI-driven workflows and applications.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, approve, and enhance existing databases and database management systems.
• Direct and guide staff in coding logical and physical database designs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables for software and database initiatives.
• Evaluate project requests and estimate time/cost for completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to protect information in computer systems.
• Oversee installation, testing, and improvements of software systems.
• Develop and enforce standards and guidelines for software use and acquisition.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, implementing changes as necessary.
• Provide mentorship and constructive feedback to team members.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expert in full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, functional specifications, development, testing, and delivery.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Deep knowledge of computer hardware, software, and development tools.
• Experience with SQL, VisualBasic, and Microsoft development tools.
• Hands-on coding expertise and troubleshooting capability.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
