Video Surveillance Systems Field Technician 2 Months+ 2 rounds of interview, which will be virtual and in-person Onsite required (field based). Ten Positions
Work activities:
Conduct pre-install site checks (mounting location, power/wiring readiness as applicable, Wi-Fi
signal/basic connectivity).
Install, configure, and test video doorbell cameras; complete install checklist and resident sign-off.
Perform wired installs f when scheduled; otherwise complete standard installation
per program guidance.
Troubleshoot device/app connectivity issues and escalate to vendor support when required.
Track device inventory (serial numbers), manage spares, and coordinate swaps/returns for defective
units.
Support event-day deployment and final block party operations as requested
Skills/experience of the assigned staff: Required 2+ years experience installing and servicing low-voltage devices (e.g., CCTV, access control, alarms, networking) or equivalent. Ability to read wiring diagrams/schematics and perform safe installations using standard tools. Basic Wi-Fi/network troubleshooting and strong customer service communication. Valid driver s license; ability to work outdoors and perform field work safely.
Highly Desired/Preferred Experience with video surveillance systems and related software/tools. Knowledge of networking concepts (switches, VLANs, Power over Ethernet) and structured cabling is a plus.
