Job Details:
-Candidate will work in a large corporate environment supporting global workstation software deployments and assist project teams in development of
software deployment plans. They will resolve workstation software deployment issues using solid triage and troubleshooting skills.
-Patching & Remediation Operations Specialist
-Responsible to oversee and perform reviews for vulnerabilities and/or required compliance controls, troubleshooting, and remediation on enterprise
workstations.
-The candidate should be a technical professional with operations & troubleshooting experience, perform technical analysis, drive for results, take
ownership, be self-motivated, and think outside the box. Ability to communicate and build relationships within and outside of the core team is essential.

Required Qualifications
Experience in Windows management platforms and automated software installation.
Needs to have Microsoft Configuration Manager/SCCM knowledge.
Strong Microsoft OS troubleshooting experience. Windows 10 and 11 experience.
3+ years of experience as a PC technician.
3+ years of experience with Python
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Solid understanding of ITIL Release and Change Management processes.
Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new processes and procedures in a timely manner.
Works independently with general guidance.
Communicates effectively and clearly across audiences (business partner, internal and external service providers)
Continuously learn and adapt. Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.
Experience identifying potential issues users may encounter.
Takes ownership - is dependable and conscientiously follows through on commitments.
Experience with workstation security practices and tools.
Experience with networking and Active Directory in a large corporate environment.
Strong Microsoft OS troubleshooting experience. Windows 11/10.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Excellent understanding of MS M365/Office toolset.
Good communication skills.
Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new processes and procedures in a timely manner.

Proficiency in other Windows batch and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Batch files.)

This is a Contract position based out of Irving, TX.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
