PC Support / Deployment TechnicianCustomerThe PC Support/Deployment Technician is responsible for providing hands-on support for desktop and laptop environments, with a primary focus on
imaging and deployment. This role also supports end users by troubleshooting hardware and software issues across
Windows operating systems and
Microsoft Office environments, including Office 2016, 2019, and Microsoft 365.
This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for candidates looking to build experience in an enterprise IT support environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform device imaging, deployment, and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft Office-related issues
- Document work and resolutions using an enterprise ticketing system
- Assist with Windows profile management and data transfers between systems
- Support Active Directory and SCCM tasks as needed
- Troubleshoot basic network and connectivity issues (TCP/IP, DNS)
Required Skills- Active Directory
- SCCM (Systems Center Configuration Manager)
Additional Qualifications- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems for tracking and resolving incidents
- Knowledge of Windows installation, support, and troubleshooting tools
- Experience working with Microsoft support resources
- Basic understanding of enterprise IT tools and environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during IMAC activities
- Ability to pass a CJIS nationwide fingerprint-based criminalbackground check
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle and valid transportation for job duties

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
