We are on the hunt for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager OR Construction Manager to join our fast-paced construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of all construction projects to ensure they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. They will also be tasked with managing project teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring all projects meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, direct, and supervise all construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Coordinate and oversee the work of project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
3. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations, and ensure these are met.
4. Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans.
5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery.
6. Ensure all construction projects comply with relevant safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
8. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the project team.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing a diverse range of construction projects.
2. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, Preferred NOT required
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, standards, and regulations.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead project teams to deliver outstanding results.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions under pressure.
7. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
8. A professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP or Prince2, is desirable but not mandatory.
