We are looking for an enthusiastic Asset Coordinator to provide onsite support to in a Data Center. The ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, detail oriented and have an understanding of data center equipment and processes. Position
will require the Asset Coordinator to be onsite New Albany, OH 43054.

responsibilities:

- Responsible for Ordering, Acceptance, Shipping of Equipment/Supplies
- Add Maintain and Track Assets Records
- Responsible for Inventory Auditing and Report Requirements
- Proactively Analyze all Inventory and determine if any equipment is outdated and should be salvaged
- Schedule salvage pick up and shred events.
- Install/Moves - Updates Asset upon Install
- Decommission (Asset/Cabinet/PatchPanel) - Removes Asset from Sunbird, sets to decommissioned
- Asset Information Updates for Changes
- Ongoing Audit of company and Vendor Asset Information
- Creation and Maintenance of all Asset Management Related SOPs (annual update required)
- Shift Material Prep - gathering of supplies (rails, hard drives, memory, NIC's) prior to the maintenance
window
- Asset Management, including receipt of all hardware, stock rooms, moves and salvage coordination
- Conduct monthly inventory of all white space and Stockroom spaces
- Quarterly review of all inventories with corresponding Product Owner
- Remote Site and Remote Data Room Asset Coordination
