This is an outstanding opportunity for an SAP Solutions Architect to become exposed to, implement and support SAP S/4HANA on an extremely large global instance.

We are executing a ground-up greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition. The SAP Solutions Architect will serve as the primary technical authority for the transition from legacy on-premise SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 8 to a modern S/4HANA cloud landscape. This role oversees the end-to-end technical strategy, ensuring a Clean Core architecture. Specifically the SAP Solutions Architect will:

• Blueprint the Future: Utilize architecture mapping tools to visualize the current SAP IT landscape and design a streamlined target state. Ensure all software components integrate seamlessly without technical friction.
• Standardize Processes: Lead organizational workshops to advocate for SAP Best Practices. Focus on replacing inefficient legacy workflows with standardized processes to reduce long-term maintenance.
• Clean Core Governance: Act as the technical gatekeeper to ensure a "Clean Core" environment. Mandate that custom business logic is decoupled from the main system and deployed on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Security & Compliance: Ensure the global landscape is in compliance with all required legal and safety standards, including ISO and FDA regulations.
• Global Transition & Cutover: Oversee the master cutover strategy, leading the technical rehearsals and final transition from legacy ECC to S/4HANA Cloud with zero data loss and minimal business interruption. Ensure a clean-slate deployment that excludes legacy technical debt.

Requirements:

• Must have 8-10+ years of total SAP experience with at least 1 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Greenfield implementation or Brownfield migration on a cloud platform, (Public or Private).
• Ability to design and create a complex technical SAP S/4HANA architecture and translate into business-focused ROI narratives for C-Suite stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills to manage distributed functional and technical teams during business process re-engineering and data migration phases.
• Experience leading Master Cutover Strategies, including technical dress rehearsals and managing business-critical "Go-Live" windows with minimal downtime.
• Experience with the following are only a PLUS; NOT Mandatory: RISE with SAP framework, SAP Signavio for business process transformation and Fit-to-Standard analysis, SAP Best Practices, SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Extension Suite to maintain a Clean Core Architecture, AWS, Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform, ABAP Restful Programming Model (RAP), cloud-ready extensions, SAP Fiori, SAP Activate Methodology preferably for Greenfield paths and SAP Cloud ALM for project orchestration or experience in FDA and/or ISO regulated environments. • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• SAP Certified Professional, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Solutions Architect or Enterprise Architect Certifications are a plus.
